The primary job of our 3 customer service officers is to be the link between you and IGNA. Their first objective will be to assess your satisfaction level regarding our services.

They can provide you with information on the services available in our Institution and they are able to understand your needs, which helps us fulfil your requirements in the best possible manner.

They will also be your partners for the organisation of scientific and technical training sessions. The purpose of these training sessions is to describe the investigation fields that you open when you request our services. Thus, we present you from a practical point of view the scientific interactions between different expertises.

The Sales Department includes the Estimate Department available for you for the drafting of estimates, and through this service we ensure sure that these estimates meet your needs.

In Ile de France, we also have an officer in charge of logistics operations who organises the transportation of your samples.
