Our core business is genetic profiling based on items collected from crime scenes or based on biological samples.

As already mentioned, in 1988 Professor Moisan's team is the first to perform genetic profiling in France as part of a judicial investigation based on a biological sample.

CThe genetic fingerprint of each individual is unique, except for homozygous twins (derived from the same egg) who have the same genetic fingerprint. This fingerprint is established by observing the non-coding DNA segments. DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is a molecule present in all cells in the human body. All biological tissues (blood, sperm, saliva, etc.) coming from the same individual present the same genetic fingerprint.

We are constantly improving our services and thus our activity is organised in compliance with very strict international standards in order to ensure the quality of our processes and results. The site in Nantes is ISO 9001:2008 certified and it is accredited in compliance with the NF EN ISO/CEI 17025 standard (www.cofrac.fr).

We are also committed to improving our methods and consequently we are permanently investing in research and development, which allows us to fulfil the requirements within the shortest time frames and also to perform genetic profiling on very small amounts of DNA.

In order to meet your demands as soon as possible, we can carry out our assignments within a shorter amount of time; moreover, on each of the sites, the teams who are on call are available 24/7, 365 days a year, to take care of your samples. We will set together our delivery time once the specifications are established given the urgency of your investigations.

Our objective regarding the protocols implemented by us is to preserve in the best conditions the samples entrusted to us and on which other tests can be made. To this end, we offer expertise in other fields in addition to DNA testing.
