IGNA has been offering services concerning the expertise of IT and electronic media since March 2009. As we are aware of the importance of your needs in this field and the multitude of supports highly important for your investigations, we would like to propose a simple and transparent offer to you.

IT expertise can be conducted at our laboratories in Nantes and Marseille. Our first objective is to meet your requirements in an accurate and comprehensive manner regarding the content and use of media you have entrusted us with.

Our activity is based on a strict validated method to assure you that our involvement neither damages nor modifies the information available on all media. For computers, we begin by cloning the hard disk(s) so that the original one is not modified.

Our first task is whether or not to validate the presence of information which will allow us to answer your questions; we will then copy them on a medium that you can use. Finally, we will describe all the steps implemented and we will translate as accurately as possible the technical language used so that our reports are understood and useful to all users.

This activity, like the media we analyse, is permanently developing and thus we are constantly enlarging the range of media and tests we are able to conduct. We continuously conduct technology scouting which allows our experts to discover new software or know-how that could be relevant to improving our services.
